The PMI Kerala Chapter Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Krishna Kumar as the Chair of the Nominations Committee to conduct the elections for the upcoming vacancies on the Chapter Board.
The following members will serve on the Nominations Committee:

• Mr. Kenny Paul
• Mr. Dileep Viswanathan

The Nominations Committee is committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and timely election process, fully aligned with PMI policies, PMI Kerala Chapter Bylaws, and the approved Election Process Guidelines.
Board Positions Open for Election

The following Board positions are open for election for a two-year term (April 2026 – March 2028):

• Vice President – Finance
• Vice President – Operations

1. Minimum of 30 hours of volunteer service to the PMI Kerala Chapter in the last 24 months.
2. Must be a PMI Kerala Chapter member in good standing.
3. Being authorized signatory positions, nominees must be the respective Associate Vice President (AVP) or a current Board member, in good standing, with at least three consecutive years in office.
4. Good standing is defined as uninterrupted renewal of PMI Kerala Chapter membership for the past twelve (12) months.

Nomination Process Guidelines

• Nominations (self or by another member) must include:
• Position applied for
• Nominee’s Name and PMI ID
• Nominator’s Name and PMI ID
• Brief profile with photograph

Candidates may apply for only one position.

The following documents are mandatory:

• Signed Candidate Declaration
• Conflict of Interest Form
• Confidentiality Agreement

All nominations must be submitted on or before 25 January 2026, 5:00 PM IST.
Nominations must be sent only to elections@pmikerala.org using the prescribed template. Submissions in any other format or to any other email ID will be treated as invalid.

If nominating another member, the nominee must be copied and must acknowledge acceptance.
