Overview: We might think that changing the culture and behaviours is the responsibility of the senior executives within our companies, but as project managers we are just as responsible for psychological safety if we want high-performing teams. This presentation will cover the importance of psychological safety, defuse some common myths about it and provide some practical tips on how we can build safe teams.
