(PMI-CP)™ Certification Training Program by PMI Trivandrum, Kerala Chapter.
PMI-CP MasterTrack offers a complete start-to-finish journey to becoming a PMI Certified Construction Professional (PMI-CP)™. This all-in-one companion program includes PMI membership, official eLearning course access for all four modules, 16 hours of structured live facilitation, and the PMI-CP exam voucher—all bundled into a single offering. Participants gain not just access to content, but a guided, reinforced pathway that increases confidence and likelihood of successful certification.
The program is anchored by PMI’s official self-paced eLearning modules, which award 14 PDUs per course upon completion. These are supplemented with a well-structured facilitation series—comprising 4 × 90-minute pre-sessions, 4 × 90-minute post-sessions, and a final 4-hour live review—totaling 16 instructor-led sessions. This structure supports comprehension, maintains momentum, and prepares participants thoroughly for the certification exam. This program does not replace the official eLearning modules but enhances learner success through structured guidance.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this companion series, participants will be able to:
· Grasp the foundational principles and tools of Lean, Modern Construction Practices, and related PMI-CP domains
· Connect real-world scenarios to exam content through guided discussions
· Apply key concepts using practice questions and facilitator feedback
· Navigate and complete the PMI-CP eLearning modules effectively and on time
· Gain confidence for the certification exam through a final structured review

Materials Provided: Access to official PMI-CP eLearning course, Companion session study notes, and handouts

Target Audience
Construction professionals, project engineers, and mid-to-senior managers actively pursuing the PMI-CP credential, who prefer structured learning support alongside self-paced study.
3 years of on-the-job experience in construction projects or built environment projects is mandatory to enroll.

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for 16 PDUs aligned with the PMI Talent Triangle. These PDUs can be self-reported under instructor-led training.
Participants will also be eligible for 14 PDU per module which results to a total of 56 PDU from eLearning ( as per PMI website)
