Abubaker M. Muzzamil is a seasoned Senior Project Planning Engineer with over a decade of experience in project controls, data analysis, and construction planning across the UAE. He is currently part of the PMO Department at ICON Global Consultants, overseeing projects across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, and Manila, where he leads strategic planning, risk management, and reporting for infrastructure and development projects.

Abubaker also plays an active role in the global project management community. He is the Regional Communication Lead for the PMO Global Alliance (MENA Hub), an ex-Senior Outreach Manager for PMI UAE Chapter, and Media Director for PMOGA UAE Hub Abubaker has successfully delivered high-profile projects with firms such as Mira Developments, Al Dar Group, and Royal Gardens, with project values exceeding 750 million Dirhams.
