Unlock the power of Effective Communication in Construction Projects

Construction projects are complex and often become critical due to the large number of stakeholders involved, as well as the unorganized supply chain ecosystem. Even in a small project, there may be hundreds of stakeholder groups involved, including various departments of clients and suppliers of small and large items used in the projects. Various surveys and studies by PMI showcase the complexity of situation and the necessity of upskilling the management skills of professionals in built environment projects. .

The “Construction Project Communications” course equips participants to manage the science and art of communication. It covers topics such as communication strategy, project governance, stakeholder communications, active listening, the Big Room (Obeya) approach by Lean, Project Management Information System (PMIS), and the COMPASS diagnostic tool by CII.
