Dr Venu, known for his ever-pleasant smile and humility and currently the Chief Secretary of Kerala State, is a 1990 batch IAS officer, with the unique distinction of signing in Malayalam! He is a doyen in the Kerala Administration, adorning various senior posts. His career also spans roles at the central, including Deputy Secretary of Central Tourism, Joint Secretary in the Union Ministry of Culture, and Head of the Delhi National Museum, Vice Chancellor of the National Museum Institute, to name a few.
Dr. Venu’s accomplishments include playing a crucial role in positioning Kerala as a strong competitor in the global tourism market. Following the devastating floods in 2018 and 2019, Dr. Venu strategized the state’s reconstruction through the Rebuild Kerala Mission. He was the brain behind innovative ideas such as the Kerala Travel Mart, The International Theatre Festival of Kerala. He is the one who coined the slogan “Incredible India”.
He is an avid traveler and writer, with passion for acting in theatre also. He passed Civil Service exam after completing MBBS from Kozhikode Medical College.
Renowned as “The man who kickstarted India’s Driverless Car Revolution”, Dr. Roshy has a rich experience establishing Delivery and Experience Centers in North America, Mexico, and Australia to manage AI-based projects with local hires. He has formed an AI-focused team of over 400 members in significant markets and a core platform team in India, with opportunity provided to lateral entrants and even freshers.
He is a visionary leader, meticulous in designing and delivering advanced technology products and empowering cross-functional teams to innovate with system thinking. He was instrumental in innovating Ai based technology to run projects with minimal investment and ensuring successful delivery with over 98% Customer Satisfaction Index with solutions for healthcare and precision manufacturing domains. He has to his credit over two dozen Patents in the broad areas of Machine Intelligence, Cognition, Algorithms, Consumer Electronics, and Robotics with more pending to be published.
Dr T P Sasikumar, is on a mission of spreading “Teaching and Learning Skill” by making them effective and affective, from heart with feelings and creatively sharing value based practical tips, making the sessions thrilling for students. Widely known as DrTPS, his sessions are aimed at maximizing the potential of students. Redefining learning and teaching towards adaptive edutainment, with activity filled classrooms, clearly defining goal, role and value is what makes his classes memorable.
He worked as a scientist in Space Department for two decades. He was Director at Academic Staff College under University Grants Commission at University of Calicut and was Deputy Director at Directorate General of Security, Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi before taking a voluntary retirement in 2009. He opted to be in Academics and Mentoring Youth to create dreams in them and enrich their skills towards nation building.

With over two decades of experience in ICT industry, Santhosh has performed multiple roles both in India and abroad, for IT outsourcing Solutions, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Delivery management and Organizational Change Management. Santhosh is ever ready to support the corporate industry and academia with training and education programs. He is passionate to impart employability skills development programmes to students from Engineering / Management Institutes.
He is an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow with MTech from Calicut University and BTech from Gov Engineering College, Trissur.
